Ern and Iso break down how her family, relationships, loss and environment helped transform her into the person viewers eventually meet in the original Power. And somehow… the conversation takes a hilarious detour into New Jack City, Nino Brown, the Carter, million-dollar-a-week drug operations, membership cards for crackheads 😂 and why some of our favorite crime movies and TV shows become a LOT more ridiculous when you watch them as an adult. Despite all the criticism, Ern & Iso give credit where it’s due: Raising Kanan delivered memorable characters, great performances, incredible ’90s fashion and a series worth talking about.
