Warrant Without Closure: Shamieka Mabery

In this episode of Hunting 4 Answers : On the evening of February 24, 2023, in East Oakland, California, 34-year-old Shamieka Mabery was sitting in her car on International Boulevard when a man approached her vehicle and an argument began. According to police, the encounter ended in a fatal shooting, and the suspect fled the scene on foot before officers arrived.

Months later, prosecutors charged a suspect and a warrant was issued for his arrest, but he has not been located. In 2025, Oakland police renewed their public appeal for help and released his mugshot, asking the community for tips.
