Where's The Remote?

September 29, 2026 · 32m

After 14 episodes, Heroes finally starts making its sprawling cast feel like pieces of the same story. Steven and Régine revisit Episodes 13 and 14, reacting to the reveal that Nathan Petrelli is Claire's biological father while examining the character and family connections that are becoming increasingly important to the series. The conversation gets into Régine's first-watch theories about Noah, Hiro's father, Claire's parents, and the show's evolving mythology, along with Claude's role as Peter's mentor, Sylar's return, Isaac's paintings, and the Peter/Hiro parallel between fulfilling a larger mission and protecting their families. Régine remains tuned in but not fully locked in, while Steven looks at how the show's longer episode order allows these relationships and storylines to develop.
