Just returned from Edinburgh, Scotland from the Doubt Yourself and Do It Anyways Summit. Y'all, I had the most fun, but I can't front, it was an adventure to get to there!

Nothing The Dope Black Therapist can't handle though. It was an amazing experience and I catch you up on all of the tea in this episode.

The last men's group that I'm hosting is coming up on Thursday, July 24th at 8pm EST. My son made the JV team and his games are on Thursdays, but don't fret, I'll be back to hosting after the season is over.
