Once a hugely popular YouTube personality known for his outrageous Philadelphia Eagles rants and unfiltered comedy, EDP445’s internet career collapsed following a controversial 2021 vigilante sting involving someone he believed was an underage girl. Filmmaker Mike Clum revisits EDP445’s online fame, the allegations and controversy that changed his public image, and the years of internet scrutiny that followed.

With direct access to Moreland himself, the documentary attempts to examine the person behind one of YouTube’s most infamous scandals while raising larger questions about internet fame, accountability, and what happens when an online personality’s reputation completely falls apart. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the film brings Tom Holland back as Peter Parker alongside Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Sadie Sink, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, Tramell Tillman, and Mark Ruffalo. Released July 31, 2026, Brand New Day launches Peter into a new era—one where he must confront isolation, increasing responsibility, and a mysterious new enemy with the power to remain unseen.
