And for women who have grown up in a culture that places so much value on appearance, those changes can hit in ways we didn't expect. But every now and then, you come across a woman who reminds you that none of that means you have to shrink.

My guest today is one of those women. Salina Williams, known to many as Salina Sincerely, has been showing up on social media for more than a decade.

What started as sharing her personal style has evolved into something much deeper -- a powerful platform rooted in honesty, vulnerability and connection. Women follow her for the fashion, but stay for who she is.
