Begin with about 10 seconds and work toward 20–30 seconds on each side as your balance improves. 3. Heel-to-Toe Walking Walk slowly in a straight line, placing the heel of one foot directly in front of the toes of the other.
Try 5–10 controlled steps while using a stable surface for support as needed. 4. Toe Spreading and Toe Presses Sit with your feet flat on the floor.
Spread your toes apart, relax, then practice gently pressing them into the floor while keeping your heels down. Try 10 repetitions of each movement.

Fiber: Support digestive health and help you feel satisfied. Added sugar: Read labels and become more aware of sugar in everyday drinks and foods.
