How can you tell when you’re working against your needs, values and morals? We knew better…was it love?

Was it pride? Was it trying prove you had someone to others?

Sometimes it’s self hate… This person has shown/ told you by now emotionally, verbally or indirectly if they long term or short term what they want to do… You chose to stay… is it your low standards?… You know that you are working against your needs, when you feel ignored. What you want is never in motion.

What they want is a given. How they want to be treated… easy.
