Integrity /inˈteɡrədē/ Integrity refers to the quality of being honest, having strong moral principles, and consistently adhering to ethical standards. It is the practice of doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

Personal Character (Psychology & Ethics) In terms of personality, character represents your moral and ethical framework—the integrity, honesty, and empathy you demonstrate when nobody is looking. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] • Good Character: Traits like trustworthiness, responsibility, and respect. You know that you are working against your needs, when you feel ignored.

What you want is never in motion. What they want is a given.
