Real Bodies Only: Naturism and AI-Generated Imagery

An AI-generated "naturist" image showed up in our Discord on the Fourth of July, and it forced a conversation we'd been meaning to have out loud. This episode is our formal answer — and a formal rule: why fabricated people, and fabricated art, don't belong in a movement built on real bodies.

We walk through what actually happened, give the other side a fair hearing, and untangle the two arguments people keep conflating about AI imagery — who's being depicted, and what the tool costs. Plus: where the line actually sits (a hand-drawn cartoon on a banner is fine — an AI-generated one isn't), why clubs keep reaching for AI slop, how to make real content easier, and why we put our money behind real musicians and real artists.
