In the season finale of The Life I'm Choosing, I'm reflecting on everything we've discussed throughout this journey and the standards I'm carrying with me moving forward. From boundaries and relationships to personal growth and self respect, this season has been about making intentional choices and creating a life that aligns with who I'm becoming.

I also share why I've decided to take a break during November and December and what I hope to gain from this time away. This isn't a goodbye.
