Remembering Eric Bauza: The Voice Behind Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck & More | From The Buzz Archives

In loving memory of Eric Bauza, The Buzz – BuzzWorthy Radio revisits a special conversation originally released on January 28, 2022, now available on Spotify for the very first time. Eric Bauza brought some of animation's most beloved characters to life, including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety Bird, and Marvin the Martian.

With more than a decade of experience as part of the Looney Tunes family at the time of our interview, Eric helped introduce these legendary characters to a new generation while preserving the humor and spirit that made them timeless. During our conversation, we discussed the revival of Looney Tunes on HBO Max, the challenge of reintroducing these iconic characters to longtime fans and new audiences, and why their legacy continues to endure.

We also explored which classic characters fans wanted to see return. And yes, we even got into the possibility of Bugs Bunny having a new love interest.

You know I had to ask! As we remember Eric and the incredible joy he brought to audiences through his work, I'm honored to revisit this conversation and celebrate his contributions to animation and entertainment.

Thank you, Eric, for the laughter, the memories, and for helping keep the magic of Looney Tunes alive. Originally released: January 28, 2022 From The Buzz Archives — A Special Tribute to Eric Bauza
