Using music and, of course, humor, Amanda Seales is combining the ancient practice of Qi-gong and the necessary practice of conversation for her latest live space . We begin first by getting our energy in rhthym through slow, flowing movements and rhythmic breathing before leaning into conversations exploring ways to realign our minds around authenticity, imagination, community, creativity and more.
