Ress introduce an interview with Danielle (Dani) Leverett-Gallaspy about making bold, uncomfortable life pivots. Dani (a former teacher) describes feeling increasingly frustrated and unsupported after changes in education, culminating in a traumatic bullying incident at a Mississippi middle school that administrators dismissed; she emptied her classroom, resigned over Thanksgiving break, and left without a plan.

After a brief period of fear and self-doubt,especially about finances,she found her self pivoting into a career she would have never imagined. Dani emphasizes self-trust, boundaries, releasing people-pleasing, and accepting that things can come in seasons and there can much beauty in refinding yourself and letting yourself have a new dream.
