Across the month, we will move gently through the five Soma Bodies: WaterBody — softening enough to feel and release EarthBody — finding the ground beneath change BreathBody — creating space through breath and perspective LightBody — illuminating what remains true FieldBody — integrating the descent into wholeness Each day offers a simple practice you can bring into your own rhythm: a reflection prompt, somatic cue, embodied action, affirmation, and intuitive space.

The month is also held by three ceremonial experiences: an Opening Ceremony, an Autumn Equinox Ceremony, and a Closing Ceremony for reflection and integration.
