Comedian and ‘Gangster Chef’ Jourdain Fisher joins Devon on the show this week to recount J.Cole blowing him off for a selfie, raise an eyebrow at JC Chasez’s riff in “Bring It All to Me,” and to break down what Iggy Azalea said in her infamous freestyle. Born and raised in North Carolina, Jourdain Fisher started doing stand-up to avoid working at his family's funeral home.
Since then, he's become known for his sharp storytelling, infectious stage presence, and his popular "Gangster Chef" character. Jourdain has appeared on Comedy Central and made his late-night television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in 2018, earning a standing ovation and a staff writer position.
He has also written for Vice Media, Netflix, and BET. His latest stand-up special, Bits & Pieces, is streaming now on Gorilla Comedy+.
