The Last Safe Place: Sade Dixon

In this episode of Hunting 4 Answers : In December 2016, 24-year-old Sade Dixon returned to her family’s home in Orlando, Florida, after leaving a relationship. Just days later, someone came to the door.

What followed happened in seconds. Sade was shot outside the home, and her brother was wounded trying to help her.

Investigators would later identify her ex-boyfriend as a suspect, leading to a weeks-long manhunt that drew national attention after taking another deadly turn. In 2019, a jury found him guilty in the murders of Sade Dixon and her unborn child, bringing a measure of accountability.

But for Sade’s family, the impact of what happened that night has never left. This is the story of Sade Dixon.
