Can you grieve a job, a friendship, a life transition or a future that never happened? In this episode of Black Women S.A.V.E.
Black Women , Kamika Dillard sits down with certified grief coach, author and founder of Can I Grieve? , Ebony Gibson, for a conversation about grief, healing, job loss, faith and resilience. After unexpectedly losing her mother at 22, Ebony began a journey through grief and grace that inspired her to help others navigate loss without shame.
Together, they discuss grief beyond death, the pressure Black women face to stay strong and why resilience and grief can exist at the same time. This episode is a reminder that healing begins when we give ourselves permission to acknowledge what we've lost.
