I explain why I believe folks are answering the question in this way.

I also define what patriarchy is, why it is dangerous and provide examples of how patriarchal violence has shown up in my life. Lastly, I breakdown how patriarchy harms men and what are some things I believe that we can do as a collective to combat patriarchy as a system to create a more safe and nurturing future for us all.
