U.S. Charges Former Cuban President With Murder: Is Castro About To Be Maduroed?

The Department of Justice announced it is charging 94-year-old former Cuban President Raul Castro with murder. In fact the DOJ announced 7 counts against the former leader for the downing of two planes, killing 4 Americans back in 1996.
