Killer Mom Trial VERDICT WATCH: Jury Back For Day 4 Of Deliberations!

The jury in the Lindsay Clancy trial is back at it, beginning their 4th day of deliberations. As of this morning, the jury has already deliberated for 17 hours, which makes this verdict watch one of the longest in recent high profile murder trials.

We go over what the judge’s options are if the jury says they’re deadlocked. While the state of Massachusetts does not allow an Allen charge, they do have another type of charge, called the Tuey-Rodriguez instruction.
