Judge Denies Scott Peterson’s Latest Attempt To Prove His Innocence

A California judge has refused to review new evidence that the L.A. Innocence Project and Scott Peterson’s attorneys say will exonerate him.

Peterson’s defense team says they will take their fight further, and plan to appeal to a higher court. The LAIP says they have conducted more than 50 interviews with witnesses who have information that will shed light on what really happened, as well as new scientific evidence that jurors were not able to hear during his trial.
