In His Final Words, Death Row Inmate Gives Gift to Widow of Officer He Killed.

Last night, 53 year old Billy Leon Kearse apologized to his victim’s family moments before he died by lethal injection. Kearse was just 18-years-old when he shot 29 year old officer Danny Parrish more than a dozen times after a traffic stop.
