A fifth woman has come forward, accusing Congressman Eric Swalwell of rape. Lana Drewes just held a powerful, emotional press conference where she detailed a horrific account of what she says happened in a Beverly Hills hotel room in 2018.

She describes being incapacitated from one glass of wine and then being choked so violently she lost consciousness. Drewes announced she was going straight to law enforcement from the presser to make a criminal report against Swalwell.
