**BREAKING** Killer Mom Trial: A New Note, Drama in Jury Room, Yelling in the Courtroom, & a Motion to REMOVE a Juror

A dramatic turn of events in the Lindsay Clancy triple murder trial. There was a heated sidebar between the attorneys, the judge and Lindsay Clancy after the jury sent a note saying one juror has refused to follow the judge’s instructions on reasonable doubt.

The judge called in each juror, one by one, asked them a question and then read aloud instructions for evaluating reasonable doubt. That wasn’t enough for defense attorney Kevin Reddington who filed a motion to have that one juror removed.
