“Botched Installation”: DOJ Drops Charges Against Former Olympian, Admits NO ONE Vandalized Reflecting Pool!

In a stunning reversal, the DOJ admitted on Friday evening that a rush complete the reflecting pool, and botched work is to blame for the peeling liner in the National Mall’s reflecting pool, NOT a three time U.S. Olympic canoeist.

In fact, in its filing, the U.S. Attorney’s office claims it didn’t have all the information from the Department of the Interior before presenting a grand jury with evidence that the damage to the reflecting pool was caused by vandals.
