In today’s 5-Minute Daily Devotional, we look at Titus 3:1–2 (NIV): “Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and always to be gentle toward everyone.” Paul’s reminder to Titus is simple but powerful: be kind, be gentle, be considerate. These qualities might seem old-fashioned in a world that prizes boldness and self-assertion, but they’re exactly what our world needs most.
Kindness still changes hearts. A soft word can calm tension.
A small act of gentleness can lift someone’s spirit. And showing respect—even when others don’t—reflects the heart of Jesus.
Let’s bring back kindness and let the light of Christ shine through our words and actions today. 📖 Scripture: Titus 3:1–2 (NIV) 💗 Support this ministry: 👕 Shop Faith-Based Apparel & Gifts: 🎙 More from DQ Clarke:
